The Richland School of Academic Arts
The administration, staff, Governing Authority as well as our Buckeye Community Hope Foundation sponsor is excited to welcome our students and families back for the 2021-2022 academic/performance year. While we are so very excited to begin the year, it is the charge of all of us to recognize we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic. In recent weeks our national, state and county totals of new cases are on a steady rise and the numbers and reality of infection and exposure to infection are of concern to all schools as the year begins. The Ohio Department of Health has provided new guidelines over the summer for contact exposure protocols and the determination of masking resides in the fact that by masking, keeping distancing 3-6 feet in our classrooms and common areas as well as continued daily cleaning and disinfecting protocols, we keep our students in the building and engaged in their education. Our top priority is to keep students in school, engaging in our wonderful academic and art opportunities. Masking will be required in the building beginning August 16th for Open House and will be reviewed each month. We are excited to get the year started and seeing our students grow and blossom throughout the year!
